We produce a comprehensive range of premium laser diode chips for diverse application scenarios, utilizing state-of-the-art quantum-well epitaxial layer growth and a robust ridge waveguide structure. Our lasers are available in various configurations, with customizable back-face and front-face reflection options, and are typically provided as metalized bar chips or on submounts, complete with rigorous testing and burn-in processes.
We offer custom fabrications, producing laser diode chips across wavelengths from 500 nm to 1650 nm, available in both FB and DFB configurations to meet precise customer specifications. Our solutions deliver high performance at low cost, supported by large production throughput. Minimum orders for established designs start at 50 pieces, while custom designs require a non-recurring engineering (NRE) fee.
We also offer a full range of laser diode packaging services, including configurations for free space output and fiber pigtail coupling.
