We specialize in custom fabrication of fiber optical gratings (FBG) across wavelengths from 400 nm to 2000 nm, tailored to precise customer specifications. Using high-power laser irradiation, we permanently modify the refractive index of the fiber core, delivering FBGs with low optical loss and cost efficiency. To ensure stability, our FBGs are packaged in athermal materials that reduce temperature sensitivity, with optional sensor-specific packaging available for environmental monitoring. We offer versatile protection coatings, including polymer, polyimide, and AlSi, to suit diverse applications. Typical setup costs for a fabrication run with ±0.2 nm wavelength accuracy and ~1 nm linewidth are $4,950, including three custom samples.
