DCM dispersion compensation module is a passive dispersion management element that can be inserted into an optical fiber network to control the overall chromatic dispersion.
It provides negative dispersion for high-speed metro core, regional, and long-haul DWDM transmission networks. DCM can be used to compensate dispersion on standard single-mode G.652 optical fiber across the entire C-band.
