High Power Single Mode 1060 nm Lasers — Pulse Up to 300 W

The HPPL High-Power Single-Mode Laser is a user-friendly benchtop system designed to deliver up to 500 W in single-mode operation or 200 W in polarization-maintaining (PM) mode. It provides stable laser output and supports pulsed operation. Two configurations are available: Q-switched, with a linewidth of approximately 5 nm and a repetition rate of up to 100 kHz, and MOPA, with a linewidth of approximately 1 nm and a repetition rate of up to 4 MHz. Pulse width is adjustable. For Q-switch version the minimum pulse changes from 60 ns at 20 kHz rate to 180 ns at 80 kHz repetition. While for MOPA, it changes form 30 ns to 50 ns. The laser output is collimated and can be equipped with an optional built-in optical isolator. The unit features a front-panel power control knob and a USB computer interface for convenient operation. A safety emission switch is also included.
In polarization-maintaining mode, half of the optical power is diverted by a beam splitter, requiring the use of a heat sink. Although the light inside the laser is randomly polarized, the polarization extinction ratio (PER) of the PM output remains stable without significant drift over time.
