Our products are divided into two categories:
- Mature Products: These are well-established products that have been delivered to customers for more than a few years. They have undergone extensive field testing, with technical issues resolved over time, and have demonstrated proven reliability and strong customer acceptance.
- Special or Custom Products with NRE: These include products with unique requirements, one-of-a-kind designs, or products being developed for the first time. All products requiring non-recurring engineering (NRE) fall into this category. Such orders are handled on a best-effort basis due to the inherent technical uncertainties. Resellers should apply a substantial markup to account for potential development challenges, additional support, and associated risks. Customers should be aware these orders are non-cancelable and subject to best-effort performance. We have sold many products in this second category to customers. Through frequent communication, transparent expectations, and continuous development efforts, these initial projects often lead to substantial repeat orders and long-term business relationships. Customers should understand the technical risks, maintain realistic expectations throughout the development process.
