Lithium Niobate Intensity Modulator – 10, 20, 40, 70, 100 GHz

We offer a comprehensive range of Lithium Niobate (LiNbO₃) waveguide-based intensity modulators with operating bandwidths of 10, 20, 40, 70, and 100 GHz. Our modulators are available in a variety of configurations to meet the requirements of research, test and measurement, optical communications, and photonic system integration, all at competitive pricing. Our devices feature dual RF input configurations that enable push-pull operation for improved modulation performance and RF signal balancing. For applications requiring lower drive voltages, customers can choose from broadband RF amplifier options or our Thin-Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) modulator designs, which provide enhanced electro-optic efficiency and reduced half-wave voltage (Vπ). We also offer fiber-optic DP-QPSK (Dual-Polarization Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) I/Q modulators in three standard configurations to support coherent optical communication systems.
